Prestigious European Award Success for Emovis
Emovis, part of Abertis Mobility Services is celebrating success this week as it scoops two prestigious awards at the Oscars of the contact centre industry. Emovis, demonstrated its commitment to its employees and customers by receiving a double award boost at the virtually held European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) on Tuesday 16th March.
The Emovis UK team beat tough competition from the likes of Microsoft, BT and HSBC to walk away with a Gold award for Best Contact Centre Support Team for its HR team and a Silver award for Best Employer/Great Place to Work. The community engagement work the organization also carries out was also recognized, securing Emovis a nomination in the Giving Something Back category as one of Emovis’ eight nominations overall.
