Emovis is celebrating its excellent reputation with employees after taking a ‘great place to work’ award at a prestigious European award ceremony.

Our UK operations, which include running the free-flow tolling systems for the Dartford Crossing and Mersey Gateway Bridge, were finalists in a total of six European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards’ (ECCCSAs) categories.

We won silver in the ‘Best Employer – Great Place to Work’ category in recognition of the company’s dedication to providing an excellent employee experience, alongside being highly commended in the ‘Most Effective Business Transformation Programme in Customer Service’ category.  The Emovis UK team was recognized in company with some of the most accredited global brands across Europe; including Microsoft, Vodafone, John Lewis, Barclays Bank and many others.

Now in their 19th year, the prestigious ECCCS Awards attract thousands of entries across Europe and are the longest running awards in the customer contact industry. The awards recognize organizations that value their people, continually innovate to improve the customer experience and operate efficiently and effectively.

Neil Conway, Chief Executive Officer of Emovis in the UK, said: “The UK team manages accounts and payments for millions of vehicles, with real-time transactions being made every minute of the day. I am delighted for everyone who works for us that we have won silver in the ‘great place to work’ category and been highly commended for our dedication to improving customer service, because it recognizes the achievements of the team. Benchmarking ourselves against other organisations in the industry is important to us – as well as providing insight into how we perform against our peers, it tells us where we can improve. This feeds the continuous improvement ethos of our organisation and its fantastic to see that our dedication to continued improvement is recognised by such a prestigious award ceremony”.
