Cyril Lorand

Cyril Lorand became Abertis Mobility Services’ Program Director in October 2020. He has worldwide responsibility for the program and implementation of the Group´s projects worldwide with a team of 10-15 experienced professional project managers in USA, France, Spain and Qatar.

Cyril has been the Director of Emovis Program Manager Office since 2016 and has over 25 years’ experience in the tolling industry, working on international projects with Abertis Mobility Services/Emovis for almost as many years.

He has a vast experience of toll solution projects implementation in most continents, primarily in the USA and EMEA and has successfully delivered major and critical projects in various countries, environments, and cultures, such as the USA, France, UK, India, and the Middle East.

Cyril has a bachelor’s degree in IT and software from the Caen University in France.
